Welcome to FitFlow, a running and fitness app ("FitFlow", "we", "us"). FitFlow is operated by Blue Gem Enterprise, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (registration no. 202603194377), Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Blue Gem Enterprise. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use FitFlow.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use FitFlow. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
FitFlow is for tracking your own runs and connecting with a running community. To keep the service fast and safe for everyone, you agree not to:
We monitor for abnormal and abusive activity. If we detect behaviour that violates these Terms or that looks abusive, automated, or harmful to the service or other users, we may — at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice — flag, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the account and its content, and remove or refuse any content. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban. Where practical and lawful we'll aim to give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the service or its users.
You keep ownership of the content you create (runs, photos, comments, etc.). You grant FitFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the app (for example, showing your runs in your feed and to people you allow). You can delete your content or your account at any time; deletion removes it from the app, though backups may persist for a limited period.
FitFlow provides fitness tracking and estimates (including calories, pace, and training suggestions) for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgement. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any exercise program. You use FitFlow and exercise at your own risk.
FitFlow offers an optional paid subscription (FitFlow Pro), billed monthly or annually. Prices, billing cycle, and any free trial are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store's terms and refund policies, and cancellations or refunds for those purchases must be requested through the store.
FitFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that GPS, distance, calories, or other data are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or injury arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using FitFlow and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 4, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licence, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use FitFlow after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute — without removing any right you may have to bring a claim in the country where you live, or any consumer protection you are entitled to there.
